How To Establish Book Club After Work On Work Premises

I wish to establish book club after work that will be on work premises, i.e. Conference Room.

We can read classics, such as Shakespeare, that really stimulate the mind.

Perhaps meeting once a month after work for an hour or two, getting light snacks such as coffee and cookies (just a few dollars).

Do you have experience running or participating in a Book Club.

I believe most people can spare an hour or two after work, once a month to have stimulating discussions on a book they just read. And the positive effects eventually appear in work performance.

Any suggestions?

 

I'll find out. We already have book club during work hours. However, the books are more towards Professional Development. Once the Professional Development book club has met several times, I can introduce the "after-hours" one.
