    can any one please give measurements for stitching a salwar kameez for a one year old girl.
    what should the following measurements be-
    neck
    length of kameez
    shoulder
    length of sleeves
    length of salwar
    around the ankle
    waistband etc.

    Hi All,

    I am new here, I unfortunately do not possess the talent many of you have on this forum. I have scanned through a number of paintings and I must say they are all very beautiful.

    Hi,

    I am new to sewing and I have not so far cut any cloth for sewing purpose. Any easy ways to get cutting practice? I have not sewed any blouses? How to practice sewing blouses of different types? You tubes are better for these?

    need help in cutting and sewing traditional indian wedding dresses

    Hi everybody
    I have been doing lot of research to get help in learning to cut and sew traditional Indian dresses. I found Indus Ladies very useful. Could I get some help in drafting the following dresses:
    Hyderabadi jora
    Angarkha
    Mughlai dress
    Lucknowi gharara
    16/32 kali kurta
    Some information on different styles of shalwars worn in India. I have idea about few shalwars but was interested in shalwars from Rajistan , Jaipur.
    If any one knows how to cut double dhoti shalwar that would be great.
