    hiiiiiiiiiii.. how to prepare cinnamon power + honey combo 2 reduce weight? vther the [FONT=arial,helvetica]cinnamon shud get powered directly or get fried (without oil) n get powdered? pl help me....

    Hi,I powdered cinnamon directly in the grinder bowl.It is quite hard and takes time to powder.The ground powder is also not so fine.I was a bit scared of spoiling my mixie! I have seen fine powdered cinnamon packets in the supermarket.Don't know if it is 100% pure.Any body used it?
