    catherine26,
Does he go to daycare? I think this is story for every kid this age. My daughter also gets sick once in 3-4 weeks and cold/cough/mucus is like permanent. What I hear, all this builds immunity for future.

Yogurt and citrus fruits - oranges are supposed to help building immunity and ear infections But some people ( like my parents in India and my H) have different opinion on giving cold kind foods in winters.

    Hi ...

vitamin C always helps to build immunity ... Feed them with one orange daily and enough green rich food with lentils ... It really helps in a long run ... If you are going to give orange juice instead of a fruit then dilute the juice in warm water and feed them . Hope this helps
