    Thanks for sharing this. I used to do this along with my dad when I was a kid sitting in front on a 2 wheeler :p


    I tried this but I need to be regular though.

    Yes because of this my stress levels have increased. Also not being able to still meet my parents due to this is one more thing.
    True it’s like we don’t have any other option. It’s like life needs to move on

    Thanks I have been following some of the advices everyone mentioned. Taking baby steps.

    I also started listening to positive affirmations videos from few days and looks like it’s helping a bit. Will dedicate some time for such things from now on...

    Consult a psychiatrist. Medications don't have serious side effects like people think.
    You can safely ween out later.
    Look into cognitive behavior therapy
    One of my friend found huge success with it to cope with depression, anxiety.

    Its reassuring to know because i feel a sense of guilt over taking medication for anxiety. Eventhough i was taking very low dose one half tablet(12.5 mg) per day. I took it all through my pregnancy but the baby is healthy.

    How long did it take for your friend to see the difference after starting therapy. I am thinking to go for one because i have very less time for exercise and meditation as i am managing my 4 month old 7 yr old house chores all makes me tired.

    I think it depends on the level of depression and anxiety. She started feeling better after 2 sessions

    If its out of your control, dont delay to consult a doctor. If its due to any personal issues, create a retreat for yourself and take care of yourself.
    I dont know if these are the effect of staying home due to corona. I got a few instances like this. Not sure its anxiety or stress. Basically I am a very cool person and dont get affectedby anything so soon. But I was confused why I felt so perturbed. I didn't have anything answer. I took a break from my work. I tried to divert my mind as much as I can. I called many friends and talked to them. That helped me. Even sleeping helped.
    Please don't hesitate to consult a doctor if needed. Take care

    Yes @DDream most of this is due to this pandemic. But I get anxious for small reasons..
