hi,
looks like u r forcing ur son to eat. Thats why he has started the habit of vomiting. Also give him all those food which he likes and give those food which you want him to eat in the way he likes. If he wants the fruits in the form of juice give him in that way you can add milk and make it milk shake too. That is way you can make him eat. Vomiting is just an act of showing his distress. So dont worry, also take time to give him food. Dont put the food in plate and make him eat. You sit with him and if he wants you can even feed him. dont worry he will overcome the habit.

I too had the same problem with my daughter. She used to daily vomit out if i force her to eat anything. She too is a picky eater.

The thing i did now with her is, i noticed that she is very fond of watching tv (mostly cartoons and tv ads). So when i served her food, i see that the tv is off. I tell i will put it on only after she eats her food. Also i do is, i trick her, by adding more food then she will eat in her plate, then i say ok i will remove some from her plate, that way she feels like she is given less now. Like if i want her to eat 1 whole chappati, i first give her 2 and then remove one.

The other thing i do is, i tell her i will take her out only after she finishes eating her food, i even bring out her outgoing dress and shoes. Then i do take her out even like going to a shop, after she eats.

It is very important to gv kids in less qty and also after a period of every two hours something to eat. You can give while he is playing or busy with his tv, a small piece of any food in his mouth.

Many parents want to feed kids proper food at lunch/dinner time, just like grown ups. I dont do so with my kids. I only keep a track of the time she eats and see that she has eaten something every two hours.

As i know my kid is fond of adds in tv, i bring things what they show on ads to eat, and show her how the kid on tv is eating, so she also eats now.

You can try out as what i hv written and see how things go on.
