How to control my food-cravings?

    Would like to ask you if you are just watching these programmes or indulging into unhealthy eating after watching? If yes,then you certainly need to switch off that T.V ,or change the channels. Street food is good once in a while, but, if you tend to do it often then you need to control your cravings. You have to learn to control your urges, try and look for a healthy option to your cravings. For example, if you wish to have a chaat ,look for fruit chat as an option. To fulfill your taste-buds,eat but in less quantity ,for example have a handful of chips than having the entire packet.
