I stil struggle with Bacne, although it looks considerably better.

I drink a lot and avoid bad foods.

I also shave my back (with 5-blade razor) to exfoliate.

Exfoliation really helps!!!

I will study your recommendations. I like the idea of apple cider vinegar.
