Thinking about financial security for future is nice, especially when you do not have plans to work. But concentrating just on finances to choose a groom is not good. Marriage is more to that. You need to concentrate on other qualities that you like/dislike in your future husband.

i feel engineering one is better than diploma, why you bother about property, see whether which of the family among those two is good and get settle in life.

now-a-days rather than property one is looking for what he studied. so beter go for eng one.

Karthika, there are lots of aspects that needs to be thoroughly thought through before deciding on who becomes your life-partner.
Try to see if you can find more about each of these guys (like their interests, what they do during their free time, their future goals, how close they are to their family,their personal habits, their temperment etc etc)
Now after you have a fair deal of info on both the grooms try to see with whom you will fit well (it will depend on your interests, your goals, your temperment etc)
One other thing is the second person may be content and happy where he is and may not be having a interest in pursuing the Bachelor's degree like you suggested unless he told you otherwise.It would be best to discuss this with him, he would be the best person to tell you if his company would offer promotion incase he completes his degree and if he is interested in pursuing it at all.
