how to check purity of honey?

where can i get pure honey near tambaram or velacheri

how can we confirm whether it is pure or not?

I can get it from my native if you want.
You can get pure honey only in villages i don think u can get in city side.

Go for agmark honeys. You may find it in kadhi gram udyog stores. There is one near east tambaram but don't recollect the location exactly. You can check in selayur also.

i checked dabur honey /lion honey both are more than 50 % dissolves in water
let me try to get pure honey in kadhi.

Pure honey should sink in water i guess.told by a honey seller at ooty.

I have seen a guy selling malai then near by area (purasawalkam). Havent tested but.

Bee hives that are found in forest(natural) are the best.

Yes, it is tough to find people who source them, and even if you find them, their extraction method is not so hygienic.(say as in general notions of hygiene)
