How to avoid junk foods and take healthy ones?

    Hi friends,

    It is been a practise that consumption of junk foods and fast foods are been increased now a days . May be after a shopping or at week ends we are have these foods. I remember the chat items very famous .

    How much often do you take fast food and take food at hotels?
    What foods are harmful to our stomach ?

    Kindly bring out the importance of health issues by eating fast foods.

    Consuming fast foods lead to over eating. This keeps on accumlating fat in our body.
    We forget that what we eat = what calories we burn.

    If the equation is not maintained, fat % in body increases and leads to obesity.

    Other side effects:
    Increased blood sugar levels
    Stomach irritation - digestive power of the stomach decreases
    Cholestrol levels might increase leading to heart troubles

    Junk/fast foods are not harmful, but the preservatives, colouring agents etc are.

    The most common timepass at home is the packed food/carbonated drinks combo. They are caffeinated and loaded with sugar.

    A Fresh juice with nil sugar and a little or no ice will serve best after a shopping session, instead of the chat items.

    For your indulgence, once in a blue moon buy a five rupee lays pack and eat it for half an hour.

    Yes it is a good idea that we can consume fresh juice with less sugar and ice when we are going to hotels.Really pity to eat lays for half an hour.:cheers

    Just have a look at the ingredients list mentioned in the pack and think about what all these are going to do inside the body.. You can easily prolong it..

    If you are crazy about eating chat items, make it at home adding sprouts to it. Make it healthy as well as tasty.
