How to avoid if infant swallows cream

Hi ladies.

My my lo rubs his face and other body parts (with his hands ) which is been applied with moisturizer. I always feel he might have swallowed a bit of it as he puts his hands in his mouth always. Also while bathing he suddenly puts his hands into mouth so there the soap will have gone in his mouth.

Is is there a way to control this.

I think baby soap is ok if swallowed as manufacturers understand this happens usually.

I also had the same concern, so I dont put cream on my babies hands, just on the arms. If you think her hands are dry, you can put cream and then cover them with cotton mittens until the cream gets absorbed. My baby wears mittens all the time, unless shes playing.
