How To Avoid Getting Tanned After Swimming?

    I have a 4 year old daughter. Recently i have put her in swimming classes. I could see that she has got tanned.
    So how to avoid this? What all you guys do?
    Im not sure whether sunscreen lotion can be used for kids??

    Please help

    My doctor said that sunscreen can be used after 6 months of age. There are good baby sunscreens available. Ask your ped. You can also put a rash guard on her.

    I think you can apply oil on your body before jumping into the pool. I think this will reduce the tanning effect. I have tried this and it has worked for me.

    Normal coconut oil will be ok. Pool water contains Chlorine will turn the skin tone.

    If you prefer to use sunscreen lotion. check the pack which has a claim of SPF30. SPF30 will be suitable for kids.
