How to apply for a job as software proffessional in US

    Hi,my name is sara, i work as a developer for the past 2 year in VB ,Developer,sql server and oracle. Right now i work in gulf .I would like to know whether there is any agency for recruiting software proffessionals directly to US or should i go to job sites like monsterjobs to apply. will they recruit ladies if so would they give family visa.I would also like to know the technologies in demand for my job. Could anyone help me with informations..

    I am not sure of this i am sorry,
    Could u plz help me in this like how is the Medicine jobs boom in west indies,
    because my brother has gone 1 month back to west indies but still he has not got any job,he has done his MBBS in india,

    If u know can u tell me abt this.
