How much water should I drink?

    Hi ILs,

    How much water should we drink every day?. I know lot of people say 2-3 ltrs.
    I take 2-3 cup coffees a day. Should I just drink 3 cups more?. I don't like drinking water at all. I literally force myself drinking it mixed with little yogurt.
    I know it's very good but don't feel like :spin drinking it

    At least 1.5 L of water, like not water mixed with anything, try mineral water, or boiling your water or filtered water and find which taste you like, i guess mixing a little yogurt or lemon does no harm as well.

    8 glasses a day or approx 1.8 litres is recommended.But again water is a necessity for the body whether we like it or not.

    If you live in a hot climate or sweat a lot or your general day is full of physical exertiion, your body needs more water.

    As much as it takes to have trasparent, odourless pee all the time. Thats the right measure. It can be anything between 2 to 3 lts.
