Coffee and tea without sugar is highly imposible for me.. i add 3/4 tsp of sugar or sometimes unprocessed brown sugar or sometimes palm candy.. ur doing a gr8 job
Very nice, I do this too. Anytime I have coffee I don't add sugar. Been doing this for a while. Not sure what the actual effects are but am satisfied that I do at least this.
In my home as a mom and wife Im more conscious about health. So I totally avoid white sugar ... I use brown organic sugar. Alternatively I use millet rice... I use only hand pressed ground nut oil and gingelly oul for cooking... I won't use preservatives or colours while making food..for making sweets I use only jaggery... Sometimes honey... I use only rock salt not idoised one.. these are the things I regularly follow in my home...
I always have fruits for breakfast
Eat rice and veggies/meat
Eat nuts for snacks
Eat quinoa dosa with my favorite chutney/curries (dosa is the only way I can eat quinoa)
