Hi , I prepared aapam batter by grinding cooked and boiled rice +yeast mixture.. How long can it be stored in the fridge? the batter which i prepared comes nearly upto 4 times for two of us... Is it okay to keep it for 2 days?
hi, u can keep the aapam batter for 3 days n the refrigerator.after thattet when using u ve to keep it atleast 2 hrs before making aapam n u can make dosas by adding little more rice flour n sooji (rawa) n dilute the water n make the batter thick, add jaggery water to it, put cardomom, sugar n make kuzhipaniyaram if u like sweet. If u want regular kuzhi paniyaram to eat with chutney, heat little oil n a pan, add mustard, 1tbsp urad dal, curry leaves, lot of green chillies, pour it n the batter n make it.
hey subhadra, thanks for the info..I didnt know we can make so many things from that..thanks a lot...
