I have been trying to avoid my noon naps....but have never found a way to do so. If I do'nt sleep during the noon times, I feel tired by 5.00 pm. So I prefer to sleep in the afternoon. My bed time is around 12.00 in the night. And that is only because I go for long walks in the evening. On days when I do'nt go for walks, then I am in the same boat as you are...browsing all night :shock:. When I am in India, I do'nt seem to have any of these sleep issues.

hi nivedi ji,
well,seeing that you don't have problems when you are back in india, i think that your problem may be a "time zone" adjustment problem.but i may be wrong.maybe you could be bursting with energy.(i envy you in this matter).
may i just ask,what time do you usually wake up in the mornings?
