    Can you please tell me how important it is to have iron and calcium tablets post delivery.

    Either consume milk regularly or consume calcium pills. That will help in stabilising calcium loss during breast feeding.
    Iron may be required post delivery if there' more blood loss or to avoid turning Anemic.
