How Early We Should Book Flight Tickets To India? Any Inputs?

@gknew if you don’t buy one ticket from your East Coast airport to Coimbatore and buy a ticket to Chennai and then buy another separate ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore you will sometimes get a deal but the local airline that connects you to Coimbatore will not honor the baggage rule so you have to pay a huge amount for extra baggage and if the flight from US arrives late then the local flight will not rebook you in another flight.

 

Any suggestions for Bangalore from Texas please ? Planning around April/ May

They have an app too and you can set alerts like if the fare falls below X amount then notify me etc

 

I never had bad experience with air India and I quite believe I had smoothest flights and landings with air India ... rest other airlines , I have experienced not so smooth rides ...

But ya it is based on ones experience but I trust air India , I won’t go by few bad reports ...
