How Do You Save Your Spouse's Number In Your Phone?

    I was watching a nice short film called Pinni starring Neena Gupta. On her cell phone she has her husband's number saved as "eklauta husband" (only husband). :grinning:

    How do you save your spouse's number in your phone? First name? Full name? Daddy? A nickname?

    And do you know how your spouse has your name saved on their phone?

    On my phone, it was saved as first name + last name. At some point, it changed to what the kids call him. I guess when the kids started to use my phone and before they got their own phones.

    I am saved as just my name.

    My kids have the most creative names for me in their phones. One uses long Sanskrit words for mother. : ) One time it was pujneeya or gaurava something.

    It is recommended that we save the names of family or close friends as "ICE" in our phones.

    What is ICE?

    An ICE or ‘In Case of Emergency’ contact is a number or group of numbers that you designate in your phone, to be called should you be in a crisis.

    They are often called the Emergency Telephone Contacts. The valuable thing is that once an emergency contact is set, even if your phone is locked, you can simply select ‘Emergency Call’ to be able to see and call ICE numbers.​

    I use the iPhone emergency contact feature. It felt so good adding DD as my emergency contact and removing the designated friend! Time does fly!

    I read with one of the iOS updates that the iPhone will turn on location services even if it is turned off and notify your emergency contacts via text if you use the emergency sos feature or the phone to call authorities(volume and lock button pressed together opens up the emergency SOS screen). I thought that was cool.

    My name on his phone: Raakshasi which i later edited to Sweetheart :cool:
