I tried googling this, but to no avail. Before I hire any contractors, etc, I want to get smart on this. Apartment is in building, constructed in 1960s. An older gentleman has difficulty cleaning himself with high water level. He feels terrible he even had to remove his Kara, his religious article of faith because it is coming in the way of hygiene. How to lower water level to cover just the draining point. See pictures below for water level and toilet structure.
