    Thomas is my name.. the word ASIR is taken from my father's name, ASIRVATHAM. Asir ( ஆசீர் ) means Blessing.. I am proud to have my father's name as prefix, which I feel as if he blesses from heavenly abode.

    We are Christians but my dad liked the name 'Saleema' (think it is a Muslim name).

    Rex is my husband's name, he was named Rex (means 'King') because he was born on an Easter Sunday :)
