Hello Aparajithaa, Regarding your Query no.1: i am unable to open a new topic in this zone when i click on this topic it says "your account is not activated" Do you mean that you are not able to start a new thread in the "FAQs" forum, then please mail your login details with the copy paste of the error message to support@indusladies.com. We could trouble shoot the issue with the details provided. by the way i actually have a problem whenever i am replying to a thread sometimes it says "please wait for some x seconds" but actually the reply is already getting submitted and after sometime when i click on that submit i end up seeing two of my replies.. This issue has got more to do with Internet connectivity. Because of the connection issues, the pages might have been loading slowly giving the message "Please wait....". After a while the message must have been posted but unknowingly you could have clicked the "Submit Reply" button again which leads to duplication of posts. In future when you have such a slow connectivity issue, check out if the message is posted before hitting the "Submit Reply" button. Hope this helps.
