how 2 overcome indigestion problem

    dear all... most days im suffering from indigestion problem :cry: how can i over come this problem? i rarely eat outside food... im basically a health conscious person... my only unknown prob is this "Indigestion problem" pl help me frds :bowdown

    HI dear,
    try to avoid gassy food at night, in the morning when you wake up havea glass of hot water on empty stomach and for breakfast eat a papaya then have other breakfast at night after and hour of dinner have an apple and also drink hot water, drink 2 litres of hot water everyday it will help you ease your indigestion. Als when having food have small bites as this helps you in digesting your food.

    To overcome indigestion problem take one Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water with each meal. The acidity of the vinegar stimulates the natural digestive juices into performing their natural function and your body will start showing the affects within a couple of days. Often on the very first day of using it. Just try and see.

    squeeze few drops fresh lemon juice in luke warm water and drink this whenever you feel thirsty..do not add salt/sugar..

    instead of normal water..bring this as a habit as far as possible..it sure gives lot of difference

    crush ginger and boil along with water..mix enough of honey and drink it when you feel full or suffer from indigestion.


    have light foods @ night...give a good break before going to bed..take atleast 1 hr gap after dinner and then lie down.

    do not walk or exert after a meal
