    I am from Mumbai, I too have a similar plot at the same layout of 9600 sqft, fruitland project of VGP. They have not only not given us the promised yields but don' t have the courtesy to give any help regarding sale etc. I actually plan to take them to consumer court and have got another person from Delhi who forwarded this link to me also like us, we must collectively take some action or atleast confront them.They have sold these plots to people outsideBangalore.
    please keep me updted if u manage to sell it. As I too will do the same.
