honey to boost metabolism

    dear friends

    i heard that taking 1 teaspoon honey after lunch and dinner helps to boost the metabolism. i am going to try this. you can also try it. first buy a small quantity and see if it works. if not we can stop it.

    thanks for the info. We can try it out. Even i heard empty stomach in morning with lukewarm water and lime juice, helps.
