Honey amla-recipe

    Hi all,
    After a long time i am posting a thread in IL.I came to india for my delivery so i am not able to interact frequently with il members.I am in need of a recipe amla in honey.I was hunting for the recipe but i couldnt find any ....Can anyone suggest the Homemade recipe of amla soaked in honey which is a very good source of vitamin C.

    Hi Ramya ,

    Why dont you go for Morabba which can be prepared at home and even available at stores , it is good to be taken in the morning after you brush.My mom used to prepare this at home especially in summers , which is also said as a cooling agent.
