    Hi,

Is anyone here on homeopathic treatment for Fibromyalgia/Cervical Spondylitis/Back pain??..Most Homeopaths here in Bangalore don't seem to understand what Fibromyalgia is...and also from what i understand about homeopathy, Homeopaths give importance to not just the person’s pathological background but also their build, character, personality, attitude towards life etc....But i dont see such questions being asked here by most homeopaths.

    Hi @rashmids,

My Homoeopath said that is an old school method.
Since their medicines are more holistic, they used to find out all those details. Nowadays, they go by their observation.
At Wilson Garden, there used to be a homoeopath who took a few strands of the patient's hair and dowsed using a pendulum before giving medicines! He was very popular a couple of decades ago.

Unfortunately, it is so. In Allopathy, the approach is scientific and direct, while in Homoeopathy, parameters are different. Over and above that, they are secretive, they never let the patient know what medicine is being given to them! To a naive person, homoeopathy is just not convincing. But...they do cure some chronic conditions with their chronic medicines!:roflmao:

Yes i have heard of such weird things....also remember people telling me about one such dr in gandhi bazaar who they believed talked to god before prescribing remedies....also the most irritating part is that they dont like to share the medicine name like you said...if we choose to switch drs we never know if they are trying the same medicine all over again.[/QUOTE]

I am not aware of any homeopathic treatment for Fibromyalgia and I dont think there is any cure medicine for this condition. My close friend has Fibromyalgia. So I know how painful it is. She is managing with exercise, yoga, stress management, proper sleep and diet. Her condition improved a lot after these life style changes. All other pain medication has side effects.

I have had fibromyalgia for years and it was very frustrating...none of the drs whom I approached had any idea of fibro and said everything was in my head...it took 8 years to finally get a rheumatologist who diagnosed my condition but then medicines after a while failed to do their job..I tried homeopathy too..the doc whom I consulted had a fair idea on the disease...but now I have stopped all medicines, on lactose and gluten free diet...my pain has reduced considerably although fatigue still persists..it's a debilitating condition..only thing we can do about fibro is to manage the pain..I have other disorders associated with fibro irritable bowels, migraine, fibro fog..I'm in fact struggling to lead a pain free life

Homeopaths do claim to have medicines to manage pains associated with Fibro...we tried consulting one homeopath from Gurgaon(online) who is comfortable sharing the remedy name so at least we know what homeopathic remedy we are trying....one such remedy was "phos. acid"...it seemed to help with dhs weakness(which has got really bad from past 1 year),especially upper back weakness....although it didn't help much with pains he continued taking it because it seems to be good for fatigue.
Dh did try lactose/gluten free diet almost 2 years ago but didn't see much of a difference in his condition so gave up...of all the things we tried(allopathy/ayurveda/acupressure/acupuncture/homeo), homeopathy seemed to help the most...at least it is little helpful at times.

Try drinking celery juice, it worked like miracle for me. I had tried everything many years. Google medical medium celery juice.
Drink every morning empty stomach. Stop dairy completely not even one spoon in chai. Also no eggs for some days.
