Dear friends....
Here are some home made bath powder and hair oil, which i do at home....
Anyone can do and use it....

For the bath powder
Dry neem leaf
Dry rose petals
Dry orange skin
Red masur dhal
Badam
Green moong
Oats
Kasturi manjal(optional)
Sun dry all the things and grind to fine powder, store in an airtight container
How to use the bath powder
Take 2 tsp in a bowl add water, rose water, curd or milk and make a semi thick paste apply on the face and body, let it sit for 2-3 mins and wash regularly with normal water...


For home made oil
Shallots( sambhar onion)
Curry leaf
Methi seeds
Hibiscus flower
Kalonji
Indian gooseberry( amla/ nellikai)
Coconut oil

Add all the things in the coconut oil and keep it th balcony or terrace, a place where direct sunlight is there....
Keep this for one month and then strain the things and start using.

I havent given the measurements because you can mix and match, as they are natural things without any side effects....

Thoda nimbu aur shahad add kardiya toh bahut bhook lagne par chaat bhi sakte hai! Honestly, it makes a perfect balanced meal!
