    Dear Presci

    That is the reason I have included Rosemary as a anti fungal cum hair growth stimulant. In anyway Almond can induce fungal growth. It can be avoided by proper shampooing everytime you apply. The fat content could be a good food for the fungus and the residue got because of the metabolism of the fat is oleic acid which irritates the skin and the scalp sheds its skin.

    This is the process.

    Sorry for last reply. Just now saw the tips. As i am living in US , i think i will not be able to use fresh ingredients for this oil. Can i substitute it with powder respectivly?

    I saw the thread and the tips which you have given for
    making hair oil at home. one doubt Pl tell me where we get Rosemary oil . Will it available in all departmental stores , chemist shops or have any particular shop. Can I put this hair oil to my children. Will it be okay. Please clarify my doubt coz I am suffering from hairloss problem due to tension and stress here in mumbai. When should be applied before head bath or daily in the night. Pl clarify.

    hai,take some amount of coconut oil & heat it till it get smoke, then add all these,crushed amla,henna leaves,hibiscus flowers,curry leaves,jasmine flowers.keep them till they boil for 5 min.remove them from burner &keep aside for 2 weeks.after that filter it & store it in a glass bottle,start use regularly.definitely u wil notice some change. amla ---- strenghtens hair growth.henna ---- prevents hair loss.hibiscus --- softens hair & prevents greyingcurry ----- addes colourjasmine ---- good smell.regards kiran.

    Hi all,

    can u give me ur herbal hair oil homemade recipe, i tried the other day with meethi, curry leaves, amla powder... and then the oil was so thick and dark in color.. if you have any specific method to prepare plz share it with me...

    You can just do simple one coconut oil boiling with curry leaves until crisp then strain after cool down. Or you can use just coconut oil and amla pieces boiled together dont have to put to many things in at once. Do what feels right for your hairs:)

    hey, thanks so much for tips,, did u try shikakai soap anytime i.e godrej/kesh nikhar.. i got those havent tried them yet..
