pls give me good solution(permanent solution) for my pblm,i got married,

i have an irregular periods,i am out of our country pls help me,

can i take ashokarishta????is it good???? or tell me best home remedies pls

"Asokarishta"- means what??? where can i get it??

 

Ooviya it is a medicated syrup good for general health of uterus & helps minimise the pain during periods. You get it in all Kotakkal Ayurvedic Pharmacy. There are lot of them in chennai.
