    Are you looking for herbal remedies or OTC? For mucus I have relief when I take an expectorant like Mucinex. If there is congestion I take Sudafed (the kind you have to get from the pharmacist).

    Hi, if you are in India, esp. TN, specific shops will be there which sell herbs. You can buy Chitharathai and Adhimathuram,. You can boil two pieces of each herb in one cup of water till it reduces to half cup, filter and give it when it becomes warm. You can add water the next day to the herbs boiled the previous day and use again. You can use the same for three days at a stretch. It will give relief from cold and cough. I
