Hello Pia,

Is this good only during the onset of a cold? My son has lot of phlegm, but he can't cough it up, neither does he let me clean his nose.

Pls. be specific. Do I give him poached egg? What is side 0?

Hi Rekha,

You can give your son a poached egg ( done on both sides).Side0 is a typing mistake.You can really try it out and do let me know.It works for my son.
