    Hello,
Here an wonderful healing oil we have at home.
Why you all forgot about it .our sooper coconut oil.
Dab your nipple with little oil.sure it will help.
Cabbage leaves also a good trick.why donot try combining
Cotton soaked in coconut oil be placed and covered with cabbage leaves.so that
    Bra,clothes will not get soiled.
    Try ladies,
We Kerala Brahmins used to prepare coconut oil fresh from coconuts at home and keep it in a bottle as medicine.
    This is known as VenthaVellichennai.
Very very handy pure oil both for delivered mom and child.any crack to tiny soft skin of Baby it's applied.
    Try the magic oil.
    All the best.

    To cure cracked nipple,another trick
If You are living in a place where beetal leaves are available.
Yes chew two or 3 leaves with beetal nut well.
    Swallow the juice,good for health.
Take the residue ,donot feel acward.use that as scrubber to nipple as well as to your tummy.
It's a practise in all South Indian Brahmin family ,generally we put paan before taking bath, after breakfast,
This helps as very good harmless. scrubber which removed all dead skins of post delivery
    Try it.
    All the best

Eat healthy is all what docs say. Other than that, if something gassy does not suit your baby, you will know and then maybe you can avoid.

Pure ghee is healthy but very fatty. Fat is required by body but it should be in limits ( like everything else in life :)).

Eating 20-25 kgs of ghee (as parents suggest) is insane.

Eating healthy is what you can focus on. Having said that, 2 cups of tea/coffee, samosa or some snack once in a while or anything you really crave and have in limit does not hurt in any way.

    It goes both ways:
    :) Happy mom, happy baby!!
    Happy baby, happy mom!! :)

    Hi friends
Does anyone have an idea if cows milk is essential for breastfeeding? I had pcos and struggled a lot to Conceive, by God's grace delivered my baby boy who's 2.5 months old now. During my ttc, I had been avoiding dairy products as it's usually considered to cause hormone imbalance. I am keen on maintaining my health Condition post delivery also.
Could some please shed some light on this issue. I am facing low supply and following some home remedies along with taking lactation granules with cows milk thrice a day. Is it really essential to include milk in my diet while breastfeeding?
