Home made Almond milk for lactose intolerance.

    My dear Ladies,

    Home made Almond milk is a good option for lactose intolerance.

    one cup of Almonds

    3-4 cups of water

    Soak the almonds in water overnight.

    Next day blend together with water.

    If you have blender like Blendtec or Vitamix, you can make smooth and creamy milk without straining.

    If you have regular blender then you could use fine strainer or cheese cloth to get the smooth consistency.

    left over pulp from almonds could be used in any recipes you desire.

    You could add any sweetener and vanilla essence if you like.
