I did some of the breathing exercises started with few warm ups. Will slowly increase the time and types. First I need to be regular. All the best for your start. Keep up the spirit.
Today I did 25 mins of yoga. Suryanamaskar and some stretching exercises and kapalbharati. Feeling little pain in legs so didn't put much pressure. @nakshatra1 and @hessuma what's your updates regarding this?
keep going I couldn't start it yet. Down with back pain and leg pain. i have rheumatoid arthritis. So some days i get flares of it, sometimes on legs,knees, hands, elbows . so waiting to get better . Usually it takes 2 to 3 days ..then i will slowly start..
Oh OK. Get well soon. I also did only two days then got down with cold now lohri and tomorrow is sunday. Will try to start again from Monday.
God please give me the power to lose 5 KGS with 1 day of yoga. I can't do that daily. I had to lose 10 kg did yoga for two days my task is over.
