I had seen many threads that motivate to lose weight. People discuss and join hands to share their daily updates of weight loss. From there I get this idea. Why can't we start giving time to some of our hobbies or anything that we find interesting and daily update about it here. Like I will like to watch a movie with my h which due to kids become next to impossible. And want to practice yoga and kathak, want to read ramayana , want to give time to self care of hair and skin etc etc etc. I don't know what I will start from today or tomorrow but I will try to give time to everything one by one and update it here to keep myself motivated. Looking forward to other participants too who want to get some motivation from other IL members.
Hi Monika, Nice thought! I also wants to start Yoga. But its keep on going like "next day" next week" etc... Didn't start till now.. But for watching film , somehow i will find time. My Hh doesn't like movies much. If I say it very good, or comedy film, then he will join me. Otherwise I will watch alone . So i motivate myelf in that. But i can join you for practising yoga. Thanks for joining. We can motivate each other to start now rather passing it on indefinitely. Let's take a promise to start it from tomorrow and will try not to look the reasons postponing that.
Most welcome...for yoga going to start tomorrow. Your post motivated me more. For any other hobby we can update when possible to give that time. We must give time to everything to live our life too.

very true. But for yoga pralaya will remove the cause too... Started with 15 mins of yoga today....was about to sleep then thought about this thread and woke up.
