Himesh Reshammiya loses 20 kg for his new film

Himesh Reshammiya is very pleased after losing 20 kgs for his upcoming film, The Xpose'. Himesh who weighed 77 kgs earlier, reportedly took up an organic diet. And after undertaking a strict training regime and diet for five months, Himesh weighs 57 kgs (only) and is immensely happy with the results.

Himesh will be seen playing an ex-cop-turned-superstar in his next, The Xpose. Not only this, he has great music also lined up this year with Humshakals, Action Jackson, All Is Well and Kick.

Himesh Reshammiya-Yo Yo Honey Singh starrer 'The Xpose' will release on 16 May 2014. The icing on the cake is, a very fine actor, Irrfan Khan who will make special appearance in the film too.


wallah that's awesome but he is still junior to me I lost 35 kilos in 3 months from 95 to 60 but even this is great
