    Hi All,

I eat multi-grain chapathis and one small bowl of rice daily. The multi-grains are:

    1. Bajra (Kambu)
    2. Corn
    3. Kalthi (Kollu)
    4. Barley
    5. Wheat
    6. Soya
    7. Oats

Are all the above grains rich in fiber? I switched to this diet pattern to reduce weight.

This is my brunch at 9 in the morning and after noon lunch of 3 chappatis and evening some fruit at 4 and at 7 some tiffin as dinner.

    Can some one advise?

    Thanks,
    S.

    Hi

i use the above without oats and grind them in chakki.

Untill u have veg and curd with chapathis u may not have any problem.

Eat all vegetables and dont stick to same pattern.

You can take brown rice to make ur tummy happy......
