hi greetings .. i am not sure if this is the correct place to post my query ... but since i dunno where to post it .. thought would do it here ... hopefully it gets some attention and my query gets answered .. i hv been uploading some embroidery designs that i hv collected from IL itself ..... (hvng sorted them for my reference into folders .. thought would be useful for the newcomers ... ) while uploading, i find a couple of them dont get uploaded .. instead i get a "?" as picture instead of the pic that i am trying to upload ... is there any way i can get it to upload??? hope i hv made myself clear .. and wl get some needed help in this regard thanks in advance with warm regards and best wishes madhu
Hi @jigni92 - It could be possible that the size of the images are more? Can you please try reducing the size and then try to upload? If not please email those images to support@indusladies.com. Will do the needful. Thanks.
thank you IL admin ... the files that could not be uploaded are in pdf format ... if you can tell me how to do it ... i wl upload ... if it is easier to upload the pdf files from your side and if it is not a bother ... and if you want me to send it over ... then i wl send them by mail ... thanks in advance with warm regards and best wishes madhu
Hi @jingi92, Can you please try this? 1. Click on 'Go Advanced' button below the post. 2. Select the Attachments icon. 3. In the window that pops up, click on Add Files. Choose the file and click on Upload. 4. Pdfs appear with a ? mark but that's fine. Click on 'Insert Inline' and 'Done'. 5. When you submit the post, the pdf will appear properly.
