Here is a good program to control hereditary hair loss (Androgenic alopecia)

For women suffering from pattern baldness / hereditary hair loss, here are a few things that can help:

1. Mix the following oils in equal proportion and apply at night every alternative day. Try to buy from Kottakkal: Valiya Bhringamalakadi Tailam and Chemparuthyadi Tailam
2. Use black tea as last rinse
3. Apply onion juice topically on scalp for 20 min atleast thrice a week (very effective but it stinks. I'm trying to figure out how to combat the smell)
4. Rub 4 fingernails (except thumb) 5 - 10 min daily
5. Apply henna pack (with amla, shikakai, tea water, bhringraj, hibiscus, brahmi) atleast twice a month
6. Eat a multivitamin daily
7. Try to avoid conditioner. Don't use shampoo daily.
