Oi! I should have sneaked out quietly till the holidays but one thing lead to another to another to here. What?! You are not "supreme admin" anymore? The way you were never banned in the site I thought you carried clout that rivals even Super-moderators. Lesson learnt: On break , most of the rules are broken, keep an eye , both eyes even better.
Sister Aria, There should be an "x" next to the "?" but anyway the next option is report using the triangle beneath the post, Admin will delete it for you just at the backend. BTW which is the post (may be you could PM the link), I could give a try? SAIRAM
Sakhi Sai, There is no post, the picture was never attached any post. I'm referring to a picture upload, never used as attachment in any post, cached on the server side (supposed to be auto-deleted in 1h as per the informational label displayed in manage attachments box) but still appears when I click on manage attachments.
Attached picture of what I've referring to so that this thread does not run into another "golden edit" thread.
Responded to the pm. Am bit worried, not yet deleted , still cached on server and is loading in attachment manager toolbox :eek
Correction: Uploaded image is titled photo(35).jpg and later I uploaded the right one which is photo(36).jpg. Plz manually delete (35) which is not auto-deleted and I can still see the cached copy when I launch my attachment manager. In case there is any way for the user to manage the deletion, please let me know as I can't find any option. Thank you
Images once uploaded don't get deleted, even if you haven't used them. I have many many pictures in my attachments, uploaded months ago, that I meant to use but didn't. I can still see them. I think admin intervention is the only way to get them removed.
