Hi, my cakes in the conventional oven are sinking and the center is also under cooked... in the built in oven this never happened but when I am baking in the conventional oven the center is not baked...this has happened twice so yesterday I reduced the soda quantity and also the temperature I set was 160 degree and time was for 40 min I checked and then baked again for another 10 min but no help. Want to know what wrong I must be doing ?? any pointers would be great. thanks
