Help me to reduce my belly fat and waist

    HI

    I need to reduce my waist and belly fat, please suggest any yoga tips or any exercise.

    As i cannot go to gym and do exercise, i am having small kid.

    1. Bhujang asana
    2.Urdhava Hastotasana
    3. Pawanamukthasana

    Thanks for giving reply. Surya namaska, how many times, we should do in a day....morning or evening. please let me know. I will also try to reduce the waist line.

    These asanas....we should do monring times or evenings....Which time, is benefitial? some body telling me....yoga will take more time to reduce fat, Walking is good in reducing fat> Is it true?

    Any exercise will work if you control your diet ie less Oily and sweet stuff

    you can see walk away the pound in you tube ..... it walk at home video

    Suryanamaskar can be done before breakfast or evening ....As per your schedule but if you can do it in morning ..Start from 5 sets and take it till 15 sets as time go by

    1 set surya namaskar consists 12poses. 25 t 30 sets are advised by doctor. i do 15 to 20.. i started with 2 sets initially.. now reached 20 sets in single stretch.. you can do both morning and evening. but we should do it in empty stomach. if you want to do it on evening ensure that u dint take any solid stuffs for past 2 hrs...
