help me selecting a lipshade

Hi every one,

can some one please help me out in selecting a lipshade. Iam usually very confusing in selecting a lipshade. i mean which shade to use based on the dress colour... if me wear a light coloured dress which lip shade would be best... i mean light or dark or matching. i feel like lipstick changes the entire look. some times i look fair, and some times dark after applying it. so i badly need your help

i am planning to wear a blue and green mixed color sari for a party, which lip shade would be best...... pink or brown or red.... is it dark or light shade... is it matte finish or gloss.....?????????? . Mine is a typical indian color.. not too fair, not too dark, just above the medium..please help me..

and one more thing is recently one of our forum friend suggested me to use concealer to hide black spots on my face... so should i use along with foundation or just the concealer itself. let me know..
