Very nice Thread. Thanks Vandhana for pointing here.
However I have one suggestion, how about we have a TOLL FREE phone number on Indus website , where in willing people can volunteer to take the calls for some duration. We can take rounds in taking up calls. That way it will be more personalised help quickly.
I dont know how feasible this idea is. But seeing IL's reach I would think it would help people greatly. Sometime in situation of adversity, all we need is someone with sane mind to listen and guide us. Most of the time, our parents do that work. But sometime parents may be tied because of social pressure.

Counselling and visting a behaviour expert are formal steps and sometime they may not be available to victim. In those scenarios, having someone to talk and explain your part will gretaly help our battered sisters.
