Help: A good way to increase the metabolism of fats, sugar?

first he should get a medical checkup and get proper treatment.

he should avoid fried items and reduce oil consumption also. salt intake has be avoided or reduced. these two things are must for such patients.

here are some remedies.

for high cholesterol - he should take 2 big pods of garlic or 4 small pods of garlic in lunch and dinner. total 4 big pods/8 small pods a day. this should be taken everyday. to cook the garlic, take the pods in a small steel bowl, add little water and cook it in cooker while cooking lentils(daal/paruppu) or rice.

for sugar problem - lightly dry roast fenugreek seeds. when cool, grind it to get a fine powder and store in a container. boil 1 cup water and in this hot water add 1/4 tsp to 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds powder. and drink like tea. it will not be tasty but very good for maintaining sugar level.

also include atleast 1 bitter item everyday. like bitter gourd. sugar has to be stopped. many low cholestrol and low sugar recipes are posted for oats and raagi. you can try it.
