Back Pain - Whats the name of the hot bag ?

Hi

I have a severe back-pain and I knw its normal during pregnancy. My mom asked me to give hot water fermentation....But i dont know whats the name of the bag (hot bag ?) which we use for this purpose ? I dont know how to explain this to the shop keeper here in US !!!? Pl help...DrowningDrowning

Here its called as "Hot water bottle bag" (which is made out of rubber). You can infact search for "Hot water bag" in ebay to find so many brands from different companies listed out. Hope this helps..Take care

Shuba, I have seen it only online, I am not sure if it will be available in Walmart. Probably you can check in a pharmaceutical store. Will let you know in case if I happen to know.

Hi Subha,
Hot water bags are available in pharmacies like CVS too. But the better one is hot/cold gel pack which can be used cold if kept in freezer or hot when microwaved for 1 min. It comes with a sleeve that protects the extreme temperature from directly coming in contact with your skin. Also this gel pack is very light unlike hot water bags and holds the temperature for a longer period of time. You may just want to stop by your pharmacy and ask them for a hot/cold gel pack and most often its in the aisle where they sell bandages or analgesics.

Is it ok to travel during 28th week in car ?

Hi all

My MIL is coming here for my delivery. We have booked the tickets till NewYark as one of my husband's cousinis there in Flushing. We wanted to visit him, so booked the tickets for my MIL till NY. And we have planned to go to NY in Car. I will be in my 28th week. Pl advise is it ok or safer to travel on 28th week in car. Because it will take a minimum of 8 hrs. (including breaks) from our place to NY. While coming back we will be taking rest for 2 days and again have to travel in car till our place...totally it comes to 700-750miles (bothways)...
