I bought fresh cream (fat 40%) to make whipped cream frosting for cakes. But when i tasted it,it was like cream of the milk and little bit sour also. Now how to turn into whipped cream for cake. I googled and did not find any solution.
It is nandhini brand fresh cream. When i started to whisk with a hand blender ,it started to form small lumps like how we churn butter out of cream.
